Below are details on meeting spaces available at the Morrilton Area Chamber of Commerce. Civic and nonprofit groups may use these spaces free of charged based on availability during regular business hours with a reservation. COMMUNITY ROOM

Our Community Room comfortably seats 54 people and regularly features 60" round tables and padded banquet chairs. This room is equipped with a ceiling projector and mounted projection screen, a large dry erase board, and a podium. Contact our staff for additional audiovisual needs including sound.

BOARD ROOM

Our Board Room comfortably seats 16 people at the large conference-style table. This room is equipped with a ceiling projector and mounted projection screen, a large dry erase board, and a podium. Contact our staff for additional audiovisual needs including projection, sound, or a television.

CLASSROOM

The Chamber Classroom comfortably seats 22 people and regularly features 6' media tables and padded banquet chairs. This room is set up classroom style with rows of tables or a U-shape and features a large dry erase board and desk at the front. Contact our staff for additional audiovisual needs including projection, sound, or a television.

OTHER AVAILABLE SPACES

Our spacious foyer area is also available for use. French doors connect it to the Community Room making it a great addition for a buffet or an optimal standalone space for a reception. Prices vary based on the use of other meeting rooms.

For smaller meetings or interviews, consider our small conference room. The space features seating for up to 8 guests in a more intimate setting. Member rates are $40 for a full day and $30 for a half day. Nonmember rates are $75 for full-day use and $50 for half.

At the building's rear, our kitchen is available for shared use by all guests. It features a prep area, ice machine, refrigerator, sink, dishwasher, and coffee maker. Contact our staff in advance of your meeting for use of kitchen tools, air pots, flatware, paper products, or other needs and we will happily make accommodations.
